We offer free ground shipping on orders over $129.99, shipping to the contiguous U.S (*oversize shipping fees may apply).
We also offer 3-day, and 2-day shipping, which refers to business days in transit, not days to your door. All orders require at least 1 full business day for processing before shipment.
Below you will find the estimated transit times and cost of the shipping services we offer. These times are estimates and can be affected by weather and other circumstances outside the control of the shipping carriers. Business days are Monday - Friday, and exclude holidays.

Shipping Carriers
Irv's Luggage partners with UPS, and the United States Postal Services (USPS) to ship your packages. Domestic Ground shipping orders are shipped by UPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products along with a tracking number for each item.

*Please order early! Our carriers are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes due to the pandemic.
* Most expedited orders will ship out in 1-2 business days, which are processing days and not considered days in transit.
* Due to a new UPS oversize surcharge, items over 28" inches an oversize fee ranging from $15-$20. This will be added to some wheeled garment bags, large wheeled duffels, trunks, luggage sets, and large luggage pieces that require additional shipping surcharges due to the large size. Shipping fees are not refundable.

*Irv's Luggage must be notified within 7 days of any lost or stolen packages which ensures time to file a trace with the carrier.
Irv's Luggage is committed to keeping our products in stock. If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be a 2-5 day delay on these orders. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment and we will give you a Return Authorization number. Once returned, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which it was received, including original tags, packaging and box.
- Your refund will include the original price of the product and any applicable taxes. Any original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Credits will be issued by Irv's Luggage within 2 - 3 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
